At RE/FRAME I work with women clients of all ages, levels and needs. All Pilates sessions are unique to the individual with modifications for all body types.
My mission is to set clients up for success—helping them build strength, confidence, and awareness in their own bodies. I combine anatomical knowledge with imagery-based cues and demonstrations so movements are both effective and easy to understand.
In our sessions, you’ll work hard, share a laugh or two, and always leave feeling accomplished and uplifted. I love creating an encouraging environment where clients not only meet their goals but also develop a deeper connection to movement and to themselves.

Mobility training is essential for overall movement quality, injury presentation, joint health and longevity and performance in both daily life and athletic activities.
